How to Use Your Workbook

This is a fillable PDF workbook. To type directly into the form fields, you’ll need to open it with a proper PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Many default phone viewers won’t let you type into the fields.

Here’s how to get set up:

• Android users → Once the workbook PDF is open in your browser:
• Download it or save it to your device.
• Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Google Play Store.
• Open the PDF you downloaded in the Adobe Acrobat. You'll be able to type into the fields, save your notes, and use it exactly as intended.
• Apple/iPhone users → Once the workbook PDF is open in Safari:
• Tap the Share button
• Look at the bottom of the screen.
• Tap the square with the upward arrow (the Share icon).
• Choose “Save to Files”
• Scroll through the options until you see Save to Files.
• Tap it.
• Pick a save location
• Select On My iPhone.
• Tap Save in the top right.
• Open Adobe Acrobat
• Go to your Home Screen and open the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (install from the App Store if you don’t have it yet). Download Adobe Acrobat Reader here.
• Find the saved workbook
• In Acrobat, tap the Files tab at the bottom.
• Select On This iPhone.
• Tap the PDF to open it.
• Fill out the fields
• Now the workbook is fully editable.
• Tap into each field to type your responses.
• Save or share your completed workbook
• When finished, tap the Share icon inside Acrobat (square with an upward arrow).
• Choose whether to:
• Share a copy (email, message, or AirDrop), or
• Save to Files (to keep a copy stored on your phone).
